Host a peaceful gathering of solidarity, resistance, and resolve

Thank you for stepping up to host a "We Stand United" gathering in your community. Gatherings will generally start around 5 p.m. at public locations such as parks, town squares, or other easy-to-find locations.

Here is a generic event description you can adapt for your gathering:

We're gathering together to stand united and to affirm that we are resolved to continue working for our shared goals in solidarity. We will join hands, share our reactions to the election, pledge our mutual and continuing support, and resolve to forge ahead together in this pivotal moment. We have experienced setbacks before, and we have always come back. Our movements are resilient and unstoppable. Please bring candles, signs, family, friends, and colleagues.

If you run into any problems, please reach out to us at help@moveon.org.
