(1) my funds may be used for Campaign Media Spending in Arizona, as defined by the 2022 Voters’ Right to Know Act;
(2) information about my contribution may be reported under Arizona campaign finance law to a state
or local government authority for disclosure to the public;
(3) my contribution is from my own funds – Original Monies and not from Traceable Monies, as defined by the Act;
