Tell ATF: Expand Background Checks!

The Biden administration is proposing the largest expansion of firearm background checks in decades. This rule would close the "gun show loophole" and mandate online platforms to submit the same criminal and mental health background check that all other gun sellers are mandated to by the government. 

We need common sense gun safety laws – we're tired of enduring violence that's preventable. 

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is asking for public feedback during the public comment period. Will you submit a public comment?
