Ready to Resist: Emergency Call #3 with MoveOn.org, Working Families Party, People's Action, and Center for Popular Democracy

TONIGHT, Sunday, February 12, 8 p.m. ET (7 CT/6 MT/5 PT)

Thank you for your interest! We can no longer dial you in to the call at 8 pm ET tonight as we need to get the list of numbers to dial to our large-scale call vendor by 4:45 pm ET. However, you can listen to the call via live streaming online at this link starting at 8 p.m. ET (7 CT/6 MT/5 PT) tonight, Sunday, February 12: moveon.org/live or on this page.

Tonight, we'll hear from:

Mayor Betsy Hodges of Minneapolis, Minnesota
Cristina Jimenez, United We Dream
Hugh Espey, Iowa Citizens for Community Improvement
Jennifer Epps-Addison, Center for Popular Democracy
Hosted by: Victoria Kaplan, MoveOn.org

We'll discuss three effective strategies for resisting Trump: cities, Congress, and corporations. We'll hear a special report from Cristina Jimenez of United We Dream on the wave of deportation sweeps that Trump unleashed on immigrant communities, and what we can do. And we'll lay out the plan for the upcoming February congressional recess, when we'll have the opportunity to speak directly with members of Congress when they return home from Washington.

Bookmark this page, and get a few friends together to listen Sunday evening, and then discuss and plan!
